Sehar is the first light before sunrise, and this suit carries its softness. Cut in rosewood, a dusky mauve with a gentle sheen, it is worked by hand at the neckline in a long panel of resham blooms in blush and peach, each outlined in fine gold zari and set with a single pearl at its heart. A border of pearls and gold beads traces the slit neckline and runs down the yoke, framed by trailing gold vines and leaves. The A-line kurta falls to mid-calf and is paired with straight palazzo pants in the same shade.

Soft in colour and fine in detail, it is made for day functions, festive gatherings and celebrations of every kind.

The craft

Hand embroidery worked by our karigars in our own atelier. Each piece is embroidered individually, so slight variation in placement and finish is characteristic of the work.

Fit and sizing

Available in S, M, L and XL. One of each size is made. If you are between sizes, or would prefer the piece cut to your measurements, contact us before ordering.

Fabric and care

Dry clean only. Store folded in a cotton bag, away from direct light. Avoid contact with perfume and moisture, which dull metallic threadwork.
