Every piece is embroidered by hand, so we want you to be sure before you order. If you are unsure about size, fabric or timeline, speak to us first.

Made to order and made to measure

Pieces cut to your measurements cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made for you alone.

Ready to wear and semi-stitched

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Faults

Slight variation in embroidery placement and finish is characteristic of hand work and is not a fault. If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right.

How to start a return

Message us on Instagram with your order number and the reason. We will confirm the return address.
