About these terms

Our pieces
We focus on hand embroidery. Slight variation in embroidery, colour and finish from the photographs is characteristic of hand work and is not a defect. Colours may appear differently on different screens.

Orders and prices
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and may change without notice. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a price was shown in error or a piece is unavailable, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

Made to order and made to measure
For made-to-order, made-to-measure and bridal pieces, the design, measurements and timeline are agreed with you before work begins. Because these pieces are made for you alone, they cannot be cancelled once work has started, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Payment
Payment is taken at checkout or cash on delivery is an option as well, or as agreed with you in writing for made-to-order pieces.

Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping policy and Refund policy.

Intellectual property
All designs, photographs and text on this website belong to Zardonia and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
